We deal with sales, and yes, we are pretty good at it. Are you good at it, too? If you are, stick around! We are a fast-growing field support service supplier for the B2B sector of vending, POS solutions, and coin-operated machines.

We are looking for motivated, target-oriented, energetic, and positive B2B Sales Representatives to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA, and help them grow their career in sales. This role is a hunter-style position that will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from cold calling to close, for prospective customers with 5 to 100+ locations.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Developing a sales strategy, including B2B cold visits (up to 30 locations a day to acquire new accounts and call on regular customers)
  • Maintaining sales records, meeting sales targets, and presenting managers with regular updates in CRM.
  • Analyzing consumer behavior and collaborating with the sales department to remain competitive.
  • Attend departmental and training meetings to enhance knowledge of new products, procedures, services, and tools.
  • Provide professional demonstrations or presentations of Company products and services while onsite.
  • Making a placement of the product devices (minimum 10 locations per week).

Requirements:

(This is a 100% field route-based direct sales position offering base salary and commission)

  • 2+ years of route/outside sales experience
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Ability to develop business relationships with clients
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and negotiating skills
  • Valid Driver’s License and car
  • Ability to travel on route 100%
  • Bilingual in Spanish will put you on top of our list!
